Dark chocolate is naturally vegan and it’s one of those things that divides opinion. What is best? Single origin, 65% 80% or 100% cocoa? After many days experimenting we think our 60% cocoa dark chocolate provides the perfect bitterness, whilst still allowing the other flavours to sing. You’ll have to tell us if you agree.
