A vegan brownie, re-invented in chocolate. The secret to a good brownie is using a high cocoa chocolate, we have developed the perfect recipe. A 60% cacao dark is used for the centre, this is then wrapped in our 40% cacao milk chocolate. Finally some biscuit crumb is added for that perfect texture.
