The fresh, uplifting kick of real ginger is matched perfectly with our 60% cocoa vegan dark chocolate. One of the great flavour combos; even better when the ginger is soaked in syrup, for a softer bite. We thought about enrobing it in milk chocolate but when it comes to ginger, it has to be dark.
